Tbh I’m really quite happy that there’s not much romance/almost no romance in Supernatural. Because that topic is everywhere and I like that for Sam and Dean their relationship always came first, before romance, before sex, before anything. There are so so so many romance stories in movies and shows - to the point where it gets boring - and I’m always happy if a movie or show decides to be focus on other aspects of life more.
